1. Returns and Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with an item, you may return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be in its original condition, unworn, with all tags and packaging intact. Please note that shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective or incorrect item received.

2. Shipping and Delivery:

We offer standard shipping within the United States, and the estimated delivery time is 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Please allow up to 48 hours for order processing. If you require expedited shipping additional charges will apply. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your package's status.

3. Order Cancellations:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact me @ chicksfix@yahoo.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request; however, order cancellations are subject to order processing status. Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

4. Payment Methods:

We accept payments made through major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also offer the option to pay via PayPal for added convenience and security. All transactions are processed in USD. And Sezzle (4 interest free payments) and PayPal has the same option.

5. Clearance/Final Sales:

And Clearance/Close-out Items are FINAL SALE - - - NO Returns/Refunds will be given for these items.
